Baggu Return & Refund Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return full-priced items at Baggu. Returns are accepted only if items are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Apparel must be unworn. Any signs of wear beyond trying the item on will disqualify the return.

Sale items, including those from sale collections or purchased during promotional events, are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Starting Your Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Baggu contact page before sending any item back. This step ensures a smoother and faster refund process. Returns sent without contacting us first may result in processing delays.

Return Shipping and Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns mailed to Baggu incur a $4.95 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Returns completed in a Baggu physical store, exchanges, or returns accepted as store credit do not include this restocking fee.

If you have a Baggu store nearby, we recommend returning items in person to avoid the restocking fee and to expedite your service.

Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive your returned item and verify it meets our condition requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed after inspection.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Contact us via the Baggu contact page to begin the exchange process, ensuring a quick and smooth experience.

Price Adjustment Policy

If an item you purchased at full price goes on sale within seven days, Baggu offers a one-time price adjustment. We will refund the difference to your original payment method. This adjustment is limited to one per item and is not repeated for subsequent price changes.
